I understand and acknowledge that I am running all or part of the B2B and accept all responsibility for anything good or bad that may happen to me. The course, based on weather conditions, may be hazardous, with dangers such as slippery surfaces and poison ivy on downed trees being present.

I understand that my consent to these provisions is given in consideration of being permitted to participate in this event (there is no entry fee). I am a voluntary participant in this event and in good physical condition. In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I — for myself, my executors, administrators, and assignees — hereby assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur during my participation in this event or while on the premises of this event. I hereby release and hold harmless, and covenant not to sue, the B2B sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, race officials, and all other persons or entities associated with this event, from all claims, damages, demands, and actions whatsoever arising out of my participation in the B2B. I attest that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event.

By entering the B2B, the participant grants permission for the free use of his or her name and pictures in any broadcast, telecast, or other promotional media of this event.
